School Benefits Form Applications

Hello IUSD Families! The deadline is fast approaching, but it’s not too late to submit your annual School Benefits Form also known as the Meal Application as soon as possible but no later than October 20, 2020. These applications are crucial and directly impact funding for our students. Completing a School Benefits Form helps our district provide many resources to students. Not submitting this application can contribute to a direct and significant loss of funding for our students. You can complete an application by clicking on the Full Story button below or pick up an application at your child’s school.
